Ok Judy, were you at all mortified and as pathetic as me when you began FlyLady? I have my face in a paperbag.

Shoes...everyday...I'm a barefoot gal. I put on shoes to workout and when I leave home. Are shoes at home THAT important in the scheme?

I'm going to need some help. Heck, I'm going to need to be dragged kicking and screaming into this. No, wait, I can't stand to defeat myself, so change of attitude...I WILL do this.

Sorry Catheites, I had to scream and recoup regarding my organizational quest.

Remember the golden rule: Baby Steps! The mess didn't get made in a day and it won't go away that fast either.

And yes, shoes ARE that important. I begin my day in workout clothes shoes included and after my shower, it is back in shoes again. It just works, and so does shinning that sink.

The daily routines may have to be tweakd to see what fits into your family routines, just keep trying. They are the glue of the system! I love those 'hot spot fire preventions' and '5" room pickups!' WE can do anything for 5".

One more thing USE the timer. You will be surprised at how much you can accomplish in a small amount of time! See, more baby steps.

I'm no expert, but My home is much better than it was when I had a weekly cleanning lady!

Thank you, Judy. I promise to stick to it and make those babysteps and NOT start the "I hate FlyLady check in"...if I do, may the powers of SNM delete it.

Yup!
But it is to help not cause anxiety. It for reference. I didn't do it at first. A simple way to begin is just writing down a morning and evenig routine. Later you can add a weekly plan. ( That is where you may notice I mention blessing my home every Monday) It should be individualized for your convenience. For example, we cahnge sheets on Sunday because we are too busy on Monday to do it with the home blessings. (Kids do their owm!)
