Scrambled Eggs before breakfast

I have been feeling sluggish for the last 4 days. Mostly because of my natural rhythms are down as I am getting closer to my period.
Started out gun ho on the first of the year with intention to stick to Cathe's Jan. rotation.
(I had to order 5 DVDS). It seems Kick Max was on Backorder and slowed my delivery down by 4 days. This point I am attributing to the other half of my sluggish behavior.
Today I was up at my normal 5 AM to workout, (chest and tricep day) facing it without my Gym Style DVD.
So... I put in Body Max and toughed it out to Scrambled Eggs and hung in there the entire 80 minutes.
Wow! I felt soooo much better physically and mentally following the workout. Cathe is such a great motivator. How does she do it?
My box of DVD's showed up on my porch today and I'm ready to get back to the rotation.
