Hi Sarah,
First of all thank you sooo much for your wonderful help!!! We all appreciate it soo much!!!! I was just wondering if you might be able to suggest a rotation that you think would help me with these last few pounds of body fat. I was thinking of the Cathe March fatloss or something along the lines of a strength rotation. Which do you thikn would be better?I did start the Slim Series last week but feel like I really don't like it that much, there really isn't that much cardio and well, I miss Cathe and her motivation. Sorry so long. THank s for the advice!!!!!
P.S. If anyone else here would like to add their comments I would greatly appreciate it :)

What workouts do you have? Also, didn't you tell me you just invested in a treadmill? Finally, have you decided to keep IMAX3 or are you still looking to unload it?

Hi Sarha,
THanks for replying!!! I have all of the CAthe Hardcores (I think I have been talked into keeping IMAX3). I also have the intensity series, and KPC/L&G.I haven't bought a treadmill yet, but I might soon, but for now I usually do Cathe for cardio.

I am glad I was able to make you smile!

I think joining Shelley in the fat loss roation and check-in is an excellent idea! Make it your personal goal to not miss a single workout!!
