I took your advice and last night I did the kicking drills from KickMax. All I can say is YOWZA!!! I did the warm up, the drills and the stretch (and then did abs from MIS on an incline bench). It is only 7:00am so I'm not feeling it yet today. I'm sure I will though. What I want to know is why did I wait so long? I really enjoyed it. Thanks! :)
 
Cooool!! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I find they really work the lower back, and the after-glow from the thorough stretches really make my back feel good.
