<--down 2.5 lbs from 2 weeks ago, but as <--was up last week, it's actually closer to 6.5 lbs from last week!

<--gets more than a little frustrated with people at the Weight Watchers meetings who get frustrated because "I exercise everyday and the weight is not coming off" "what are you doing for exercise?" " I walk 1 mile" AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
<--just want to rattle their cages and tell them to "do Cathe and plateau for 4 months, then come talk to <-- about frustration that the weight isn't coming off!!"

<--then realized that <--forgot the carseats in <--dads car last night, and he is already at work
<--therefore can not take Chase to school, or run <--errands
<--really hopes the day improves, knock on wood
<--hopes Robin can get a good WO in today
<--hopes Amy gets some sleep before work
<--hopes Deb has a good day, and a nap
<--waves to Tig and hopes she can contain her excitement
<--thinks Robin and Tig should decide eachothers outfits
