Safe exercise for pregnancy question

Hi all,
I'm 36, 8 weeks pregnant with my first child and feel great! No sickness, just feeling exausted, but still able to get exercise in at the end of the day.

I'm wondering what exercises are safe to do throughout pregnancy. I've read somethings online that discourage lifting weights over your head and lying on the back (due to less blood flow). Also, is jumping and step aerobics still o.k.? I'm continuing to run, kick box and I just can't give up the Gym style series, but am worried that I might get injured with weights (since muscles and ligaments can tend to get injured easier during pregnancy). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats! I am 36 and just had my second child. The big modification I made is stopping all suppine work(flat on the back) after 14 weeks. I kept up my weights but lowered the amounts near the end. I did kickbox workouts til the end as well as cathe, firms and cias. I decreased impact around the 5th month. Listen to your body and join the moms to be check in.
