S & H rotation

I just ordered S&H dvd's. I know this has been discussed a lot, but I forgot!

I saw that they're pretty lengthy. How should they be fit in? I'll only do s&h for weights, plus 3 cardios. Are they so hard/lengthy that you like to just do them alone?

Also, how many weeks should the rotation be? (I was doing a 1 bodypart a week rotation using machines for 6 weeks).

Thanks for any advice!

I am about to start my 1st S&H rotation, so I can't speak form experience, but I posted the same questions you did, and here are some responses I got. Someone (I can't remember who, but thank you) suggested doing a CTX cardio each day, followed by one body part of S&H. E.g.:
Mon. 10-10-10 S&H shoulders
Tues: Kickbox S&H Biceps
Wed: All Step S&H Triceps, etc.
Cathe has said in the past that splitting the S&H tapes over 2 days is fine. Or you can just do what you mentioned:
Mon. S&H l&s
Tue. Power Max
Wed. S&H c&b
Thu. Cardio Kicks
Fri. S&H t&b
Sat. Step Works
Sun. REST!
Or something like that. If you preview the tapes once you get them, Cathe recommends doing this rotation for 3 weeks at a time since it takes so much mental focus. Hope this helps. Have fun!

I'm doing a S&H rotation now, doing each tape once a week, alternating days with varied cardio, then I also throw in a rest day and a day of Power Hour (that's 8 days, but you get my drift). I personally like splitting the cardio and weights into separate days that way I can really concentrate on the S&H tapes. Also if you do the shorter CTX cardio session on the same day as a S&H strength day, you're basically getting in the same amount of cardio time each week which is about 3 hours. (6 CTX cardios vs. 3 longer cardio sessions)
