S&H Legs

I did S&H legs yesterday for the first time. This morning OUCH!!! My tushie is so sore- esp after sitting for a while. I need to just keep moving to workout the soreness. Me thinks gonna like this one.

Just wait until tomorrow! }( I usually really feel it on the 2nd day. Stretching will really help!
