Wow. I just did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back today and yeeeow, my chest is still burnin'. I've seen other posts where people say that S&H is like a gym workout on the machines and I second that emotion. I wonder if it's partly the "shake" factor. My chest was really shaking a lot on the chest presses and flyes, (although it didn't really bother me as much as when my legs shake when I'm doing LL or MIS legs). Anyway, I've never felt this burnt (in a good way) from doing weights at home. This is the feeling I've gotten from going really heavy on Cybex machines at the gym. Plus, I love how the dumbbell deadlifts and supermans work your hams and buns a little! Can't wait to do bi's and tri's tomorrow! Does anyone do Chest and Back more than once a week? Or, do most people do C & B just once, mixed with another strength day? Not that I'm planning on doing C & B twice a week, just curious...
