As Kathy says, I like to work everything two times a week. I have done 3 times doing endurance and circuits. It would depend on how heavy I was lifting doing endurance. Before I started lifting as heavy as I do now I would do upper two times and lower three. I think the heavier you lift the more time you need too recuperate. I just haven't quite hit the point where I feel like I need to cut down yet. Kathy, my DH does my pics for me. I have a camera that we just download the pics right to the computer. The program I have formats them and everything so I can send them through the e mail. That is all I know how to do. You have to put them on a website somewhere then you can post. It is so much fun seeing everyones pics.
