Rythmic Step Tape

Cathe,

I received my rythmic step video and have really enjoyed it as well as all the other tapes of yours. My question is about the quality. My copy has a part in the beginning where your mouth and the words do not go together. Do I have a bad copy or is this just the way they were edited? I only ask because it really makes it hard to follow the tape the first few times through. Now that I have done is a couple of times I don't look during that portion but I'd like to share it with my sister.

Hi Dawn! I'm glad you are enjoying the workout. Occasionally we have times where we do not have enough footage to make a flawless edit. This is an example of one but we did the best we could do. While it is somewhat noticeable I didn't find it to deter from the participants ability to do the workout. I hope your sister enjoys the workout too !
