RWH Circuit Upper Body - no blasts premix

For the first time ever I decided to try the "no blasts" premix of RWH Circuit Upper Body and I feel the need to proclaim loudly that if anyone is looking for a very complementary upper body workout to include in an LMR Elevated rotation, this is the one! It'll fit right in there quite nicely, in lieu of Elevated Upper Body. That is my public announcement :-D

Thank you. This public announcement motivated me to revisit this favourite of mine.
I do not explore premixes often and I am glad you mentionned it. I will use it to cycle the intensity setting up rotation.

This time, no bragging intention here, I had to honour you announcement:D:p by doing the main program. I am glad I recovered the day before and I slept like a baby. This series is a top one assessment tool as far as my Vo2 max is concerned. After a while, I am happy where I am;):D:D. Thank you @FiddleFit

I'm glad I inspired you to do this classic, kick-butt workout! I'm still babying my inflamed knee (it's almost better) so I'm avoiding the high impact blasts at the moment. I used to do this one frequently. I never cottoned on to the lower body version, but maybe wouldn't mind it if I did the no-blasts premix.

I used to do IMAX3 semi-frequently! It wasn't one I could do too often - 'cause it's HARDcore :) At one point I was conditioned enough to be able to pull off all of the Terminator workouts (the 3 workout compliation dvd of workouts in the HardCore Series). 15 years later, that is no longer me LOL. I love the music in that whole series.
