RUNNING SHOES

Can someone recommed a light weight, very shock absorbing running shoe for me please. Thanks! I do intend on going to a local running store but would like a few ideas before I go.

I like Asics a lot, and right now I'm using a New Balance running shoe and it's right up there in my faves too. It's different for everyone. I can't wear Nikes at all, for anything, but I know lots of people like the Nike Shox. Try tons on and make sure they check your pronation and gait.

There are lots of shoe reviews on runnersworld.com - they list the weight of every shoe they review, and they also rate the cushioning, stability, etc. They also tell you what kind of arch/gait a particular shoe is designed for, so if you know that, it can help you narrow down the choices before you go to the store to try them on. :)

I have Mizunos and really like them but there are so many choices out there!

Have fun picking out the shoe that works for you!:)

I think you should go to your running shoe store with an open mind. You don't need ideas from other people on what works for them because what works for each person is different.

Let the store personnel analyze your foot and your running style and fit you with the perfect shoe for YOU!
