IT SEEMS IN THE PAST I HAD GREAT RESULTS WITH LONG DISTANCE FOR LEANER THINNER THIGHS,BUT DOES IT MATTER IF I SPRINT A HIIT OR RUN LONG TO HAVE LEANER THINNER THIGHS? WHAT DID YOU EXPERIENCE? ALSO IM A PEAR SHAPE AND A MESOMORPH TY!

Hello. I also have had great results for leaning out my legs with long distance running. I don't think interval training would be bad at all. You would burn more calories in a shorter time frame if time is an issue for you. I like to run long distances just to get into the zone and just sorta look around and think.

Well, if you build muscle easily, I wouldn't do sprints. If you look at sprinter's thighs, they are much larger than their long distance counterparts. They both have beautiful bodies to be sure, but there is a difference in their thigh circumference based on muscle development.

Long distance---check out the Olympic figures. Sprinters always have large muscular thighs & LD runners have leaner firm thighs. I found that step aerobics firmed my butt & thighs the best. :)

Thanks everyone Im so

sorry Melanie for your loss! I have excellent results in the past so I will keep what Im doing, It seems like my pants are tighter in the thighs and seat so I will try the long distance running and walking again TY! Take Care!
