Hi to my runner friends who live in humid climates...
So, I got up bright and early to try and run this morning.. I live in Michigan, and we are experiencing the major heat and humidity as is pretty much the rest of the country right now.
I walked out onto to my driveway and walked right back into the house.. the air was so thick I thought I would drown if I started to breathe in the air too hard!
How do you runners do it in these kind of conditions?
I think I'd rather run in a snowstorm than what it was like today. Do you EVER get used to it?
I don't mind running in rain, snow, fog, or heat, but man it sure was brutal today. I hope this breaks soon, otherwise, I'm going to have to dust off the treadmill and get back on it! nooooo!
