Jodelle, you are always such a wonderful, enthusiastic supporter and resource for us.
I'm hoping that my running won't suffer too much over the winter (VERY cold here now) if I do enough cross training. I'm following the Insanity rotation, with running (or dancing/stair climbing on very cold days) and extra strength thrown into the mix. I have a lot of races planned (and paid for) over this next year and the first one is at the beginning of April, so I really have to be on my game.
