Hi Running Enthusiasts :7

This is becoming a lively check in each day!

Sarah- Good luck on Sunday, I won't have a chance to beon the boards much until next week. I plan on checking your Marathon Report first thing though! I will be saying a prayer for you and any of our other check in friends racing this weekend.

Today is a little over 6 miles on a new route and a stretch and then I get to golf 18 holes! The walking will probably feel really good. :)

PS- I tried Crunch yoga yesterday fo the frist time; I'll do it again. However I did need to add hip openers at the end.

Didn't want you to be here alone...:)...I know I'll be checking the Pig website on Sat to see how Sarah does. I have no doubt it will be great!!

I tried the last if my TLT's yesterday afternoon, FYC and I have to say I really like those workouts...:)
