Carole: Jeff has running 3 days per week then a choice of walking or Xtraining on the other 3 days...Yes, my plan is to run/walk the half this first time. I only see one problem with this plan...you are leaving ME to do my Half FIRST!!! YIKES!!!!

I ended up not having time for Shoulders and Arms/ARX y'day so I did my own heavy shoulders and arms circuit but had to nixx abs. Today I will do Legs and Back and Arx. Tonight I am supposed to meet my friend in the park for a run but it's supposed to rain all day so I'll probably end up at the gym.
