RT Saturday... 6 days left!!!

Good morning RT's.

Getting us started for the day. I'm sitting here getting ready to go do PP/LB, then I have a client coming, then a walk with a friend. It is so hot here in NY and I think we're going to melt on our walk!!

So, I started to get a little nervous thinking about all the little things I still need to get for the trip! I don't know when I'll have time! Okay, just breathe, right? Also, I have to teach Friday morning at 10:30, then by the time I get home it's almost 12:00 so I will have to shower and get ready to go pretty quick. Now I have myself all worried that I won't make it in time for the get together at 6:00. I think the ride was about 3 hours or so when I went to Glassboro last year, so I should be okay. ( Okay, breathing...)

Oh, Robin: I don't know if you read Dianne's post the other day but I did pass my test and I am officially a Personal Fitness Trainer now!!! I just got my certificate in the mail the other day. Thank you so much for asking.

Okay, off to start the w/o. BBL. Have a greatd day ladies!
 
Good Morning Vicki! It's gonna be a hot one here also:p

I just printed off the packing list and will go through it today- better late than never;)

Todays workout is BM2. I have one more workout before this rotation is done!:)
Has everyone seen the blog updates? I am soo excited about the premixes, they all look so good! So glad I ordered these:)

Tess- I am packing baby wipes, but I will probly do the same thing Vicki is just a quick rinse:) I am also packing a bath towel and a few hand towels for the gym.

Robin- I am thinking the same thing you are, I don't know how I will be able to get through 3 workouts in one day! I mean you could pace yourself, but I've never been really good at that- I'm either an all or nothing gal;)

Good Morning, Ladies!! :)

Just crawled out of bed (slept in this morning, felt good), mustering up the energy to get my workout done! Today is S&H Biceps, I also tack on the section of Slim & Lean Biceps...did this with Shoulders yesterday and got a good burn :)

Michelle~ Have fun w/ BM2 today, I really need to get this one! BM1 is one of my favorite workouts!! I will have to check out the blog, did you preorder the DVD's? My finances aren't letting me do much these days, it's kind of depressing :(

Vicki~ It's going to be a hot one here as well. I would love to go by the pool today and relax, but I have a lot of running around to do. Haircut, and my sister is coming from VA.
I'm sure you will have plenty of time, Deep Breath!!! :) But, I know what you mean I am always running around at the last minute thinking I am forgetting something! Congrats on becoming a Personal Trainer ... WooHoo :)

Good morning everyone! Less than a week, can you believe it!!!!!!!
Work has been a little overwhelming for me lately but things should ease a bit now. (I'm a critical care RN and my hospital just opened a new open heart surgery program) Anway, yesterday I worked off the tension with a 6 mile interval run followed by BM2... hoo boy, that did it!

Vicki- Congratulations Ms. Certified Personal Trainer:7 :7 :7 :7 :7
But no one here was surprised by that!;-) I'm particularly anxious also about packing.... there seems to be alot of little things that are crucial... I'm sure glad they gave us that packing list, I find it very helpful.

Michelle- I'm actually starting the packing process today.. that's how anxious I am. I'll be sorting out and choosing my workout outfits. The premixes on the new workouts do look unbelievable!!!!

Time to get movin now... for today it'll be Mindy Mylrea's Interval Express and a 40 minute iClimb on the elliptical. Tomorrow is my long run.... 14 miles.

Gin- I think you asked me about running partners... I have occasionally run with fellow nurses who also like to run but I live out in the "boonies" so it's difficult to schedule... so I mostly run alone :( I have my iPod to keep me company though!

Hey again you guys:

Getting ready for the walk. Ugh, the heat is crazy!

I just had to say to ShelleyC: Um, 14 mile run?? You are forever my hero!! I tell you, the running thing just amazes me. I run a couple of laps in between walking on the track and I'm like "when will this HELL end??" You are AMAZING!!!

Michelle: Those premixes do look pretty interesting. There's so many options! I haven't ordered yet, but I will before the presale ends. I'll call you in the next day or two...

My boys have gigs tonight and tomorrow night. Both outdoors so it should be a good time! Looking forward to rockin' out!

Just finish B&G ankle weight abs and S&H chest and bi's. Not feeling good feeling very nautious (sp?)and just want to sleep.Was going to do cardio but feel very dizzy and pukey:( I hope I feel better soon!!
