Happy Sunday Ladies:)

Today is LIC for me.

Tess- I made the protien pancakes but I think I messed up on something cause the batter was real runny. I used 1c. egg beaters egg whites(the back of the carton said 1/4c. egg beaters = 1 egg)...I believe they are mistaken though. They were very tasty though and filled me up. I think I will try the breakfast cookie recipe tomorrow :p

Good morning Michelle and all who follow!

Michelle - I love your new picture! Was that pancake recipe from BFL? I have been trying some of those recipes and they are great!

This morning I did PS Legs & Abs. I can't believe the RT is almost here. I wanted to have done all of Cathe's workouts before the road trip, so this coming week I'll be doing her newest series. I'm excited but a little scared (especially with B&G!)

Good morning roadtrip pals! Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend so far:) I'm having a hard time really believing this trip is less then 2 weeks away now. It seems like I've been waiting so long for it to happen. It will be such an incredible treat to spend a few days with a great bunch of gals who value a fit lifestyle as much as myself. In my day to day encounters with people I have to be careful when I talk about running/fitness/etc. I can see their eyes glaze over with boredom! I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. ;-)

Michelle- Love your pic... you have a fantastic smile! That comes from clean healthy living obviously;-) I often substitute egg beaters 1/4 cup for one egg in recipes and have never had a problem.
But, I've never made these pancakes either. They do sound yummy :9
LIC is a great workout isn't it? I find the push up sequences to be one of the toughest Cathe has ever churned out.... harder than GS CT IMO.

Jacque- Have a great time on your vacation!!! Wow, Vancouver is going to be quite a change from Arizona for you.

Jenn- You're going to have a Bday while on the RT???? Fantastic!!!
(I'm writing this down! }( )-- 36??? You're still a youngster!

Kara- you are in for a real treat with the new series!!! Nothin to be scared about... "embrace the challenge"!!!!!

For today it'll be a 4 mile interval run and then some good sweaty upperbody work. I'm thinking along the lines of CTX upperbody split.

G'Morning, Everyone! :)

Today was the All Step Premix of Cardio Fusion. WOW, this one gets me everytime! :) Such a great workout!! Good thing I downed my Red Bull prior...gave me wings to finish through :p
Tonight I will do Tricep work (Pryamid Body Tricep, 2x, followed by BM Tricep work 1x through). This is Debbie's rotation, boy do you feel the burn :) Finish off w/ Ab Ripper X, another goody!

Tess~ Sometimes when I make the protein Pancakes they come out runny, but still good. I always use 3-egg whites instead of the Egg Beaters. Is it me, or does Egg Beaters, and All Whites products have a funky taste?

Kara~ Love you profile pic, you cat is Beautiful! I would love to get another cat, but my BF says 2-dogs is enough... :(
I have been following BFL and had the French Toast recipe this morning...YUM :9

Shelly~ Your definition in your arms is amazing! How did you achieve that? What body type are you? I am a Ecto (I think) and I have such a hard time building any muscle at all :(
I know I can't wait to meet everyone, this is going to be a BLAST :)
I'm w/ you, I try to talk to my buddies or BF about fitness and they just roll their eyes and quickly change the subject.

Good Afternoon RTers!

Today I did HSTA cardio and lower body only. It was a short workout. I may walk later. I'll do the upper body portion of HSTA and MIS upper body tomorrow.

Michelle--I have been out of town for the last few days. I missed Tess' protein pancakes. I 'll have to go back and find that recipe!:9

Kara--Enjoy the newest workout. They are alot of fun!

ShelleyC--I know what you mean about talking to people about exercise and their eyes start to glaze over! I was telling someone about the RT and she said that would be her worst nightmare. HUH?!?:eek:

Jennifer--Which of Debbie's rotations are you following? I am on the 4th week of her Get Ready for Summer roation and am liking it!:+

Well after reading through that thread I think I know what I did..I also added blueberries to the blender instead of while they were cooking, oh well, I'll try them again

Shelly-Thank you for the nice compliment:) I know exactly what you mean about the glazed over look. I also like the ones that look down on you for working out to dvd's. I just want to give them one and say , here go try this and tell me you don't get a good workout}( Enjoy your run today:)

Jennifer- I think this product from egg beaters is new(at least in this area)the taste isn't as bad as the other carton whites I've been eating.


I had a little more energy when I was through with LIC so I added on BG leg blast--all I can say is my legs are jello now}(
