RSS Feeds

Has anyone figured out how to get the RSS feeds working for the forums? According to the FAQ my feed icon in IE should light up but it doesn't. I think it would be easier to follow the fora through an RSS reader rather than trying to navigate all the threads to see what I haven't read yet.

I tried putting in a support ticket but haven't gotten a response yet.
