I use to do treadmill M, W, and F and then Upper Pyramid Tuesday and Lower Pyramid Thursday. But now I have the Body Blast Series minus the timesaver. Most of those are leg workouts, or totals. So I could do one of those on Tuesday say and another on THursday?

But, is that enough to lose weight and shape up?
 
Well, you also have to do some dieting if you want to lose weight. If you do a search you'll find a wealth of information on this forum.

Also, you might want to mix up your cardio a little. Over time your body will kind of build up a resistence to the same workout & will adjust to it, so it's important to vary your cardio to keep your metabolism going. If the treadmill 3X per week is all you do, you might want to throw in one or two more cardio workouts. At least one interval workout would speed the weight loss process along.
