I've been reading the weekly check in posts and I have a question. A lot of you seem to do different tapes everyday. For the past two months, I've been doing Firm Cardio and Firm Strength every other day, usually Mon and Wed. On Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun, I'll do an aerobics tape. I do step for two weeks, then floor for two weeks. Does this sound like a good schedule, or should I mix up it more?

Hi StepFit! I'm not sure if you'd be able to alternate cardio one day and the next weight training but this way would be the ideal way. Also, I notice your only doing step and floor work. Try incorporating kickboxing one day instead of either step or floor. The kickboxing will not only speed up your metabolism but it'll really strengthen your legs. But most of all just enjoy! Kathy
