I've been reading the weekly check in posts and I have a question. A lot of you seem to do different tapes everyday. For the past two months, I've been doing Firm Cardio and Firm Strength every other day, usually Mon and Wed. On Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun, I'll do an aerobics tape. I do step for two weeks, then floor for two weeks. Does this sound like a good schedule, or should I mix up it more?
