Hi Cathe!

My question is with the videos of yours that I have, how often say should I do your step videos? Should those rotate every other day or can you do them back to back just a different routine. Also, does that apply for kickboxing as well?

After reading some of the posts I think in January that were so "strong," I do want to say how much I admire your strenth and courage to keep everyone posted as to your health situation! I wish you a complete and speedy recovery!

OK-I guess my question wasn't as exciting as some of the other posts and topics! In looking at several of your rotations throughout the past months, I would assume it isn't a good idea to do a step workout every day. I have the Hardcore Extreme that has the three different workouts and was just wondering. Most of the videos of Cathes that I have are step.

Can anyone recommend a good Intermediate/Advanced aerobic workout of Cathes that does not include step?
