Rotations & Weight Watchers

Good morning everybody:

First, I have to say that I got up this morning at 5am and did the Express All Step workout, whew, that definitely woke me up and got me ready for the day. I just love starting my day off with a good workout.

Anyway, on to my question......

Anybody out there that is on Weight Watchers and has a good rotation to use? I know it depends on how much you workout, how hard, and what you eat. But, i've struggled with a good rotation that will give me max. weight loss. Also, do you do a workout on your weigh-in days?

P.S. I do have the rotations that are discussed here, but haven't found one that really suits me or that I have all the tapes for. :)

Personally, I like 3 weeks of CTX, then 3 weeks of something else. Very simple. I don't like stacks of rotations....it tends to get too overwhelming. Keep it simple!
