when you are doing your rotation and you get Flow, do you just continue on or if your are not feeling well, the days you skip just because you might not feel so peppy, do you go to the next day or do you go back to where you stopped the rotation? I've never made a callender but I was planning on doing a rotation this month for a beginner an I'm very blah today. So, the days I skip, I just go and do what I'm scheduled to do for the next day that I do feel well?

Where is that Liz lady that makes the rotation calenders and posts them on that site? I tried to get a calender but It would not allow me.

If I miss a day in my rotation for whatever reason I will usually just skip that days work except for the weights...if I had weight training for a particular body part scheduled, I will try to add that to another work out to make sure it gets done...but if it's plain cardio or something, I usually will just skip over it unless I'm feeling REALLY energetic.:+

As far as my TOTM goes...I usually feel well enough to exercise but if I were to have nasty cramps or something, I would allow myself to rest that day and if it were possible, I would work out on what ever my original scheduled rest day was instead!

Have a great work out!

Hi there,
Here is Liz's site:
http://www.fitnessvideofanatics.com

If I feel lazy or lousy, I'll skip working out. My rule is never to skip more than 2 days in a row without doing something. I find it easier to come up with excuses, even though I so enjoy working out tremedously.

I still workout thru TOM.

thanks. I didn't know it was her own site. I am feeling drained. If I could wear tampons I might be up but, I can't today. so, I'll be at home reading all about you all and the fun you are having.
