Hey Cathe;
I absolutely love your videos. I am a pretty hard core exerciser and have never found tapes as hard as yours. I am trying to come up with a new rotation for the month of March so I can change up. What do you think of the following:
Monday
IMAX 2
Tuesday
45 minutes running
upper body split video
Wednesday
45 minutes running
lower body split video
Thursday 70 min run
Friday
Boot Camp video
Saturday
Rest
Sunday
Cardio and Weights video
I do all of my workouts in the am. I am already pretty lean but want to get more cut. Would this be a good routine or could you suggest something better? THANKS YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!11
