Hi Cathe, I've started on my new tapes and I must say that I am impressed. What rotation should I be doing with these new tapes. I also do other tapes like Tae Bo, Pilates and some cardio with The Firm and of course Step Aerobics at the gym. I greatly appreciate any insight you might throw my way. I've quickly become a great fan of your workouts! I have a "good" sore today from Pyramid Upper Body. Thanks again!
