Ooooh, I would love to know about it too as I have several tapes from different instructors...Hope someone can answer this!

Except for rotations that forum members post on their own here or at www.videofitness.com , I don't know of any.
You might try posting a question in the "Open Discussion" forum here, giving a list of what workouts you have or would like to use, and your goals, and get several ideas for rotations you can do with them.

fitness video fanatics, I believe. It closed due to lack of support, I think. I'm pretty sure she posted notices of her closing here prior to the close of the website so folks could download what they needed. I don't have the excel / word programs at home that I needed to utilize the site but it sure was nice.
