Rotation Using Only Cathe Videos

Hi-
I am an intermediate exersiser. In the past I have used The Firm but lately I have ordered almost all of Cathe's workouts to do instead of The Firm. I currently have: Intensity Series, Body Blast Series, Slow & Heavy, Pure Strength, Leaner Legs, All Step, Max Intensity Cardio & Strength,Ab Hits, & almost all of her old step workouts. I only want to workout 4 or 5 days per week. Can any one help me with a good rotation using only these workouts? Or should I mix & match them with the firm workouts for better muscle confusion? I can not jog or run due to my knees.I want quite a bit of body fat loss & a major increase in muscle definition. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

I don't really do the posted rotations.
I try to do cardio then a weight
like slow and heavy -cardio-abs -slow and heavy- abs and cardio-
slow and heavy.
Then i say like skip a day and do pure strength- cardio-leaner legs-
Cardio- cardio & strength- abs
Just watch not to overwork a body part 2 days in a row.
Skip 2 days in between.
Make 4 day weeks.
Some weeks i will do the gym style 3 days in a row then skip and do some cardio.
It's a move and change thing.
Doesn,t Cathe blow away the firm???
I have all the firm too.
