Rotation Suggestions

I'm reposting in what I hope is the correct forum.

I'm just getting back into working out. I Went Cathe crazy and than (after a few stumbles in life) stopped exercising altogether for about 1 1/2 years. No good. Gained 40 pounds. Bad, very bad.

So, I'm getting out my Cathet videos and have ordered the new series. My question to you all is what would you suggest for rotations. This month I'm slowly getting back into workout mode so I don't blow out anything by trying to pick up where I left off. But next month I would like to start rotations...need to build some muscle to help with metabolism, but really need to shock myself with some cardio to get rid of this weight I've gained. Suggestions?

Excellent decision to start back with Cathe again!! And welcome (back?) to the forums!

Picking up on what Wendy said, you might want to check out the Rotations forum, and look for the rotation Cathe posted the month the Basic Step/Body Fusion dvds came out. She posted both an advanced rotation and a beginner rotation, using the new workouts. Do you have that set of workouts?

I do have that work out, but I havn't done the basic routines. I'm one of 'those' who buys EVERY workout Cathe puts out...gotta have it. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look that up.
