rotation substitutions--suggestions?

I want to try one of Cathe's rotations (August 2004) and have three questions:

1.) Don't have Cardio Kicks--do you think KPC would suffice? I also don't own Kick Max. Or maybe CTX Kickbox twice?

2.) Don't own Body Fusion. What the heck would be a good sub for Body Fusion? I don't know what BF is like...

3.) As a sub for running, Cathe suggests "the same length of any higher intensity cardio (i.e.: 5 intervals of IMAX, 1/2 of MIC, the step portion of Body Max, etc)" -- my question is, what else have you all substituted for running?

Hi Gisela,

I asked Cathe the same question a few months ago!

Cardio Kicks use Kick, Punch and Crunch or Kick Max (I asked that question in Feb.07 rotation)

Body Fusion use Low Impact Circuit (someone asked that during the March 07 rotation)

I sub. for the run high intensity cardio!

If anybody has a better recommendation please correct me!
