I travel out of town Monday through Thursday. I'm home Thursday night through Sunday.

I'd like to keep my strength training at home and do cardio in the hotel.

Can someone help me with a rotation? I have most of Cathe's DVD's btw.....

If you didn't follow the Oct. rotation, try that one and flip it around.
