I was going to post this on the rotation forum but thought more people may see it here. I am looking for a lower body rotation. I looked at Cathe's and have done them, though not all the way through. I can work out 5 days per week for about an hour. If I can stay under an hour, that's even better. I have LOTS of Cathe workouts but do not have the S&H series. I was wondering today, while doing the leg blast premix from B&G, if it's better to pick 1 lower body workout and do it regularly or mix things up each time. For example, if I work legs 2x per week, should I do the same lower body dvd each time. Also, is 2x per week enough? I do cardio 3-4x per week and mix in some upper as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Also, I kind of count my lower body workout as cardio too because my heart rate goes up fairly easily. THANKS!
