Rotation after STS

yes! 3rd week of strength. .I wasn't sure if I should go to Circuit workouts to shock my body or continue with heavy weight training
 
Maybe one of the RWH rotations? I'm thinking you're in peak form after STS!:cool:

Here is my suggestion:

  • 2 weeks cycling intensity between RwH and ICE upper body and lower body circuit, one day mobility ---Stretching plus Long walk
Monday, Wed and Fri For upper and body circuit to complete #1upper body and #2 Lower body or the other way.

  • 2 Weeks RwH weight segment 3 times per week plus Hiit short segments. or 2 weeks Level 3 ICE rotation;);)
