I hope everyone had a great weekend!

here is my workout for today (this week I am mixing Resolution and SIM since I'm off track from last week, and I'm anal:rolleyes:)

bb press: 55#
swings: 24kg kettlebell (53#)

set gymboss for 30 minutes:
10 rounds competed
advanced level
:30-1:00 minute rests between sets
(only 3 sets @ 1 min.)
11:19!!!:eek: left on the gymboss--> so completed workout in 18:40 minutes!!
O.M.G.!!!!(last week completed 10 rounds in 21:10 minutes)WOOHOO!! Happy Dance!!! Yeah Baby!:p:)

18,650# moved!!!:)

pullups 2X5

total poundage moved: 19870!!

.....feeling very bad a$$ today ;):cool:

NOTES:
not sure what to do with this workout next, up my weights, use double kb's (which will make it a little different,) or add in some box jumps (which I love) see how I feel next week

I'm not sure if I'll be able to get in a workout today. I'm taking a half day from work to try and get the kitchen ceiling painted and a final coat of poly on my window pieces.

Hi everyone. Sorry I have been AWOL. I went to FL for my cousins wedding. It was beachside and very nice. I haven't worked out since Thursday and I won't be able tonight because school starts for me.

Deanie- Way to go with your w/o and DS with the quick feet.

Sorry I've been MIA as well. I did Pure Barre yesterday. Used 8# for curls, hammer curls, rear delt row and military press. Used 5# for chest presses (various) and tricep extensions. Also did 1 pullup and 2 chinups. PB didn't seem as hard as it used to be but my quads are killing me today -- hurts to walk down the stairs! I didn't really feel that bad before doing my workouts this morning but I'm feeling it all day today. Today's workout was 30 Day Shred (Level 1):

Pushups
Squat and Press - 10#
Jumping Jacks
Jump Rope
Crunch
Hip lifts
Bent Over Dumbbell Row - 12#
Lunge with Bicep Curl - 12#
Butt Kickers
Boxing
Cross-body Crunch
Supine Flyes or on bench - 13# (up 1#)
Anterior raise and side lunge - 10#
Butt Kickers
Jumping Jacks
Jabs
Jump Rope
Bicycle Kicks

Then I did Ultimate Advanced Cardio Barre (but no arms and abs). I think it was PB that gave me the DOMS but I'm sure CB didn't help matters.
