Hi! I have become an avid, and I do mean AVID Cathe Fanatic, since discovering your workouts, how I have missed them I dont know! I am now looking for the old Rock Bottoms and Step n Motion 2 or 3, I cannot find them anywhere!! Is there any way to purchase the old copies new, or otherwise?? They truly cannot be obsolete!!!! I have heard that Rock Bottoms is very good, although somewhat dated? thanks, very discouraged tape "Hunter", Misty.....PS....You are simply amazing....I constantly stand in awe of your physique, form, and intensity...(ouch...lol.)!!

Hi Lexybeth! Thank you so much for your sincere words! The tapes that you have mentioned have been discontinued for a few years now. You may need to check other fitness resources to find copies floating around. I do not know of any available copies. Perhaps you may come across a copy on the video exchange over at video fitness (www.videofitness.com). Sorry I can't be of more help. Good Luck!

I have managed to win 2 of Cathe's old out of print videos on ebay after a bidding fight to the end! I also lost one but later bid on another copy of it & won. So that's three, & I still haven't seen Rock Bottoms on offer. I check every week!
