Hi Cathe. I was just wondering about week 3. You have the BBW for Monday, Kick Max for Tuesday and BBW again on Wednesday. Isn't this too much leg work in 3 days? I thought you were supposed to have 48 hours of rest for each muscle group? Are you including the leg conditioning drills in Kick Max?
P.S. I just love your workouts. I have been doing them since November and along with trying to eat clean, have lost 29 pounds. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. Thank you.
