Hi Robin!! I just received my Slim Series dvd's last night and am nervous/anxious to start them. I know at one point when you were two weeks into the program you said your clothes were getting looser. Are you still doing the program, and what sort of inches/pounds did you lose? I'm anxious to hear!!!

Hey, Kim!!!

I did the Slim Training rotation (the one that's in the booklet). I even subbed other workouts a couple of days a week sometimes. :p After 2 weeks, yes my clothes were loser. After 4.5 weeks, I tried on 2 pair of size 6 pants. (Keep in mind that I couldn't even pull the zipper together before the SS.) I zipped both pair, and I didn't have to grease my body or lie down and the zipper held! They are still too tight, but I know I've lost a size in 4.5 weeks. VERY HAPPY with that. For the last couple of weeks, I've done a couple of SS tapes a week, but I'm feeling homicidal toward Debbie Siebers. This is always a clue that I might be getting burned out...and I hear Cathe calling my name. :+

I never measure...I don't think that's accurate, at least for me. I also avoid that scale, but I just happened to weigh this morning. I don't know why, cuz it always bugs me. My 1 size loss translated in to 6 lbs down. Looks and feels like more. That's why I hate to weigh. Now, go throw away your scale. :p :p

I ate VERY clean. 3 meals, 1 snack. Whole grain carbs only and no starches after lunch. I think that really helped me.

I hope that you are happy with this series. If you stick with good eating, it'll produce results. :7

Edit: Oh, I guess I should define "results", at least for me. I got smaller AND I actually have definition in my arms. Lots more defined in my biceps and delts. Never saw those before. :D Also, I carry a lot of my wt. in my back. I lost a LOT of back fat. (oh that sounds so gross. Sorry for that visual. :+ )

Hey Robin!!!!

Thanks so much for replying!! I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow, and I think I am really going to concentrate keeping my carbs to fruits and veggies and whole grains. I am excited about this, and hope I can finally succeed at something!! Thanks again!!!
