Lorie, thanks for starting this thread!!! 
My favorite RT moments are several (and many mentioned here). But I must say my favorite moment is spending time chatting with several of my fellow road trippers. It was wonderful finally putting a name to a face...I just wish I had more quality time chatting with you instead of quickly having to leave to talk to other trippers. ;-)
From a planning perspective, my all time favorite item is establishing a special bond and friendship with my co-coordinators, Kathy and Debbie. These two women are THE best!!! :7
