Just finished Gym Style Legs. Felt weak due to this little sickness I have. Might do abs when I get home from work. We'll see how I feel.
I can't wait to get the new workouts! They look so awesome and tough!

Morning :)

Todays workout is Drill Max. I ended up doing 40 min. of walk/jog on the tredmil yesterday with Squeeze abs added on. I watched the clock the whole time :( Tomorrow I am going blueberry picking at a local farm. Time to make room in the freezer:)

Randi- hope your feeling better today.

Jacque- so sorry for your loss.

Lara- yes, I believe you did start us off this morning :) Have you heard that working out is good for stress;-)

Good morning!

Michelle: Good job on the walk/jog yesterday. I actually did a 45 minute one myself because my class was cancelled last night. I was thinking of you while I was at the track wondering if you walked or not!

Okay, I am going to the basement to do my lower body... probably the LB from MM then I have to teach class.

The rest of the day is pretty busy. I have to STUDY!!! The tonight my boys are playing a gig. It should be fun, it's outdoors and they are the headliners. Not sure what the "Rocker mom" look will be yet.

Hi ladies. I am dragging a$$ this morning. Too many pina coladas and I stayed up way too late last night. I had previously committed to go walking with my neighbor this morning so I had to drag my butt out of bed early. We got a good walk in though but I am TIRED! Got the circles under my eyes to prove it.

Vicki - hope the boys do awesome tonight. :)

Michelle - great job on the jog/walk!

Randi - I hope you feel better soon!
 
Hi fellow RT'ers!

I am going to try my best to check-in every day up until the RT to get to know some of you a little better. I am so excited! I could almost pack already!

And, I just pre-ordered the new workouts even though I told myself that I wasn't going to! Just couldn't resist after seeing the pix on the blog.

I have no idea what I'm doing for a workout tonight. I have PUB/PLB bonus combo on my rotation, but might do a circuit workout instead. Or maybe some cardio and then PUB/PLB combo. That sounds good...for now anyway!;-)
 
I did Imax 2 this morning and actually thought about running this afternoon as it is very cool day for once. I can't believe we have a month to go and I am soooo not ready.

B 2 slices of lite bread, pb, grapes
S more grapes
L tamale pie and tortilla chips (organic), fruit snack
S 13 M&Ms (why did my admin put these on her desk?)
D grilled fish and veggies

Hello everyone.

I started the day off on the TM. We were babysitting 2 dotson's for some of our friends. We are not used to small dogs b/c we have a GS. I enjoyed having them, as they both cuddled with me all night. I didn't really enjoy the fact that they got me up extra early to go outside:(
When I finally got my step and the DVD player ready to go with Cathe, I just couldn't find the energy to do one of Cathe's:( --This RARELY happens!!! I ended up doing walk/run/sprint intervals for an hour and felt great the whole time---go figure!! I think if I just could have gotten past the warm-up I would have been fine with Cathe. I guess it is good to change it up a little.
We are now babysitting another one of my friend's dogs. I think my DF and I should go into business!!! We just love animals, so we never mind.
My DF and I had our engagement pictures taken this afternoon. It was completely chaotic. I only had 40 minutes to put make-up on, fix my hair, and pick out 3 outfits for the picture. Talk about stress!!! I thought this marriage stuff was suppose to be fun:)
Just kidding, I am having fun, it is just really hard to get organized with only a few weeks to plan everything.

Randi...I hope you feel better and were able to do abs tonight. I am so excited about the new workouts also!!! I can't wait!!!!

Michelle...I LOVE BLUEBERRIES!!! Please pick some for me:9 Yes, I have heard that, but I think I need to be working out 24 hours a day to releive all of my stress;) I really AM having fun planning all of this!

Vicki...Good luck with all of your studying!!! I will be thinking about you "rocker mom"!!!

Tess...I know what you mean about circles under the eyes!! I hope they don't show up in my engagement pictures due to lack of sleep from the dogs.

Melissa...good to see you on the forum. I hope you had a great workout with PUB/PLB.
