Good Morning Ladies
It is 5:50 and I can't sleep so I'm up off to do cardio. I'm thinking about doing coremax2 lowmax first 5 intervals and Kick max low impact premix
My left ankle kind of hurts from doing all that high impact
But I will let you know what I did
