Hi,

Yesterday I did Jari Love's Ripped to the Core and
it was a good workout for me. Everthing seemed to click for
me with this workout. I used a little heavier weights this time
and what a difference that made in the workout. I feel it today
but in a good way.

I did Get Ripped to the Core yesterday as well. I started a rotation alternating Slim and Lean, GRTTC, and Tony Horton's Sculpt 5-6 with cardio.

I prefaced it with 30 minutes of Cathe's MIC (the warm-up, and a bit of the low impact floor, then 20 minutes of the step).

By the time I was doing the bench presses, I was sweating like a proverbial pig! Those compound exercises are deceiving: they seem easier than they are (as far as how much they are requiring of your body), because they distract you. At least that's my theory!

When I got to the last four reps of the side squats off the step, my legs were threatening to give out on me!

I love this workout! It goes by much faster than Slim and Lean (even though it's about the same length), and seems pretty effective.

Funny you say that - I am doing almost the same thing - alternating Slim and Lean/cardio/RTTC/cardio/circuit/cardio - should be fun - I do think RTTC is deceiving :) In a great way!

I have been alternating Slim Series Tone it Up, Mix it up and
RTTC with cardio for only a few weeks now but I feel like I am
getting a good workout doing this. I will also add one or two
body parts with more strength work.
I just got Keep it Up and will add that one in. I am really
appreciating Cool if Off 55 minute stretch workout too.

Thanks for picking my workout tonight! I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do before I chowed down on some pizza. My decision has been made!
