Don't forget that this is not the final users guide and they are going to be adding to it. I only printed up the rotations for now.

Really like some of the rotations and the blending with other DVD series. Starting with the December rotation to try them out and then going with a rotation. Which one to pick??? I need a job that will pay me to exercise with Cathe!!

That is my dream too -- getting paid to do Cathe's DVDs!! Actually, that makes me curious, do the background exercisers get compensated for appearing in the videos? I'm sure this has been asked before, apologies...
