I have been alternating Core Max and Ab Ripper X for about a month now and while I do have a lot more definition, my ribs seem to be sticking out more now. They have always stuck out, but I am wondering if I am doing something wrong because they seem to be getting worse. Is it my form? Am I working upper abs too much? Is it just my build? I want to get that flat, muscular look that Cathe has but I feel like I look boney because my rib cage comes out.
