Rhythmic step

I have almost finished viewing the Rhythmic Step video. One thing that struck me about Cathe while viewing this video is that fact that with her cueing, she is giving encouragement in that she acknowledges some moves are confusing and it is going to take some practice to get them. She never conveys that "this is easy, you shouldn't have any problem with this". I think I knew this all along but it really was clear on the Rhythmic Step w/o.

It is just the feeling she gives you when you work out with her.

BTW - Rhythmic Step is going to take a lot of practice on my part!! I'll do it on one of my light cardio days or maybe even my rest day because I don't know how much of a w/o I'll get the first time. I have a feeling I'll be stumping over the step quite a bit!!

I know what you mean Jane. It's like she's right there w/ you. I love Rhythmic Step. I did it on the floor w/ no step until I mastered the moves. I love the step wo's the best I think because I took dance all my life. So I like the choreography. Even tho it takes a little while to learn. I have a ball doing it.
Take your time. You'll get it!:)

Jane, I've had this workout for at least 2 years & I have yet to get section 3 down. But it is a fun workout minus the frustration. x(

I love when she says: "are you breathing? this is not easy" lol, I laugh because she knows her audience and fans, or there is a part when she is doing triple steps around the four corners of the bench and she goes: did I get you there? because she went straight to the tripling and I did the knee first, and she got me there, and she asks that question: and I just laugh. because she really got me there.

The older I get the more I love me.

I love Rhythmic Step! It is so much fun - once you get all the choreography down - which is quite tricky...BUT worth it! (How's that for a fragmented sentance?)
