Hello everyone
I am having some issue with the Low Intensity Step portion of the DVD. The rewinding function does not work during warm up. I know most of you are probably thinking... rewinding during the warm up??? ALREADY ???
I was still kinda setting up the Step and missed the beginning. I went to rewind and it wouldn't go back. The stop symbol actually appeared on the TV screen. I thought my remote battery was dead, so I changed it and tried again. Even tried playing the DVD on another DVD player. Same problem. The rewind function seemed to have been disabled during the warm up session? Because once I get past the warm up, the rewind function works again.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
