so i'm on overload from holiday food. so i'm researching all of the diets out there (i also posted about the paleo diet) when i think back to what felt simple for me but gave me results it was the body for life program. i did the workout plan and the diet and got the leanest ever. i also had a cheat meal each week of whatever i wanted with no guilt. anyone else doing this program or want to start up for the new year? i'm going to start tomorrow after i have this great new years dinner of prime rib roast, red potatoes, brocholi and rolls.
