Revisiting Low Max after X Train

Well, today was a testimony of just how far I've come after doing the 90 day rotation for X Train. I have never been able to do Low Max on an 8" step the entire way through. I either have to lower the step half way, or I've even gone as far as to just do it on a 6" the entire workout. This morning I did the entire workout, first try on the 8" step! Yes it was hard, but I felt it was doable. I'm so proud of my accomplishment!
 
Great job, feels good doesn't it. I have noticed significant changes in strength and endurance since starting XTRAIN. I have gone back to older workouts and realize that I can do so much more and stop less often for a break. I never ordered STS but I am soooo glad I order XTRAIN. This is the best series to me with Low impact a close second.
 
I have noticed strength gains too after completing Xtrain. I have never been able to do side lying one arm pushups. Started STS a few weeks back and when it was time to do this I figured I would once again try to do at least one. Well I did them all!! I was so amazed and pleasantly surprised. Can't wait for the results from STS!
 
Good for you Fitcat and everyone. It just goes to show: we are capable of more than we ever think, at first, that we can do. Lesson for the day!

A little off topic from the preceding threads but on theme with Lowmax. I did B&G standing today followed by LM blasts. Whew!!! What a thigh burner!:D:D:D
