Reversing STS?

I was wondering if you have to do STS in the order of Meso 1,2,& 3?

Will it work if you reversed the system?
Bodybuilders often bulk after they achieve a lean body. If you are at your ideal bodyweight, would begin with meso 3, then cut?
 
Hi Fit 44! We have designed STS so that each mesocycle progressively layers, conditions, and prepares the body for the next stength building mesocycle. For this reason we would like everyone to try STS as designed at least once. We are sure you will love the results but it is also nice to know that if you feel you simply don't want to do a three month rotation again, that STS will still be effective for you. Each mesocycle accomplishes specific goals and you can pick and choose which one you want to do based on the goals/rotations you have set out for yourself. Mesocycle one is endurance/strength based (feeling along the lines of our other muscled endurance workouts but with a unique approach), mesocycle two is hypertrophy (feeling along the lines of our gym style workout series but with a unique approach), and mescycle three is maximum strength with low reps and heavy weight (this is its own bear with no previous Cathe series to compare it too). So to answer your question more specifically, yes, you can reverse the order of STS if you choose to for a varied response, but we would like you to try it as is for the true STS response from the foundation up for at least the first time :)
